Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

The cost of delivery will be dependent upon how much you spend and/or the delivery service you select. Orders over £40 will be eligible for FREE standard delivery.

The cost of other delivery services are outlined below:

  • Standard delivery - £3.99
  • Next day delivery - £4.99
  • Next day delivery (by 12pm) - £8.99
  • Saturday delivery - £8.99

How long will delivery take?

Depending upon the service you select will determine how long your order should take to arrive. As a basis:

  • Standard delivery will take approx. 3-5 working days to arrive
  • Those opting for next day delivery will have their order despatched the same day for delivery the following day, if the order is placed before noon. Orders placed after noon will be despatched the following day, for delivery two days after the order date.
  • The Saturday delivery option will guarantee delivery for the upcoming Saturday. Orders must be placed before noon on Friday.

Please note that orders are despatched during the week only. Orders placed during the weekend and later in the week (excluding next day delivery services before 12pm on Fridays) are likely to be despatched the following week.

Is my item eligible for next day delivery?

Whilst most of our items are eligible for next day delivery, there are a few exceptions. In general, this will include any personalised products. Please check the product description to confirm whether the item is eligible to be shipped on a next day service before selecting this at checkout.

Can I receive my item tomorrow?

Yes, if your order is placed before noon (Monday – Friday), we are able to get this sent to you on a next day service. Please note, that if you are ordering personalised items however, that this may not be possible and you should check the product description beforehand.

Which courier will you ship my order with?

All of our orders will be shipped with DPD on a trackable service. Once your item(s) have been despatched you will receive updates direct from DPD, including an expected delivery time of your order.

I’ve paid for next day delivery, but my item hasn’t arrived

We’re sorry to hear that your item hasn’t arrived on time. Whilst we aim to despatch all orders on time, on the rare occasion this may not happen. Please contact us on 01527 864530 or returns@vkfofworcester.co.uk to help us to rectify the problem.

Please ensure that someone is also at the address to accept delivery and/or ask for the item to be left with a neighbour/in a safe place – this can all be done through the trackable DPD service. DPD will provide you with an hour slot in which your order will be delivered.

Also note, that next day orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.


Returns

My item has arrived damaged

Whilst we package your products in a way to try reduce the chance of damage in transit, unfortunately the odd item can become damaged on its way to you. If your item has become damaged in transit, please send a photo to returns@vkfofworcester.co.uk and we will work to quickly resolve this problem for you.

I have received the wrong item

If you’ve mistakenly been sent an incorrect item please send us a photo of the item(s) to returns@vkfofworcester.co.uk and we will go about despatching the correct items to you. If the incorrectly sent items need to be returned back to us, we will provide you with a freepost label to do so.

I no longer want my item

If you’ve decided that you no longer want your order, please return it back to us at:

Please note that you are responsible for return postage costs. All items must be returned back in their original packaging. It is recommended that you keep a copy of your proof of postage receipt.

How do I return my item?

If you are returning an item as you no longer want to keep it, then you are responsible for returning it & selecting the courier most suitable for yourself. If your item(s) are returned using a freepost label issued by us, this will need to be done through Royal Mail.

I’m missing part of my order

In the case that you’re missing an item from your order, please get in contact with us through returns@vkfofworcester.co.uk or 01527 864530 to enable us to rectify the problem. Although it’s unlikely that your order will be sent out in multiple shipments, this may have also been the case.

My item has arrived scratched or is blue

Many of our items, particularly our acrylic items, will arrive to you with a layer of protective film over the top – this may be on both sides of the acrylic. If your acrylic items appear to be discoloured and/or scratched, please ensure that this film is peeled off before use. In the event that your item is still scratched, please contact us through returns@vkfofworcester.co.uk with photos of the damage.


Other

I’ve made a mistake on my order

If you’ve made a mistake on your order, please contact us asap! If your order has not yet been despatched then we may be able to cancel and refund your entire order. If your order has been despatched then you will need to return it to receive your refund.

Please note that if we are able to cancel your order and you’d still like to go ahead with part of your order, then you will need to place an entirely new order.

I’d like to cancel my order

If you’d no longer like to receive your order, contact us asap! If your order has not yet been despatched then we may be able to cancel and refund the entire order. If the order has been despatched then you will need to return it to receive your refund.

Please note that personalised items may not be eligible for return. This includes any item that may have a name and/or date engraved into it. If you’d like to cancel an order with any personalised items, you must get in contact with us asap!

The personalisation on my item(s) is incorrect

We’re sorry to hear that your item has arrived with the incorrect personalisation. Most personalised products are unfortunately not eligible for return. If the mistake was made in our error then we will be more than happy to get a replacement sent your way though. With that said, if the incorrect information was sent our way, but the information that we were provided with by yourself is correctly engraved onto the item, then we’re unable to refund and/or process a return.
